We are not traditional designers that charge 175+ Per hour.  We offer a complimentary service providing DIY home owners a single source for their residential design and construction needs when buying or selling homes in the GTA. Our team of professionals offer customers design and build counselling along with skilled trades and top discounts, on top brands. If you are not working with a realtor in our program we charge $3PSF and $500 per kitchen/bath, we prepare the designs and offer you the same discounts shared with our friends at Royal Lepage.”  Design Fees are credited against the first invoice for any contracting services from our parent company “Mixedesigns Build Group Inc”.

 
The Discounts Pay for the fee 10-20x over so its definitely an enjoyable experience and if you don’t want to get your hands dirty at all, our build group will complete the project for you or If you would like help with just the harder items  only -we have a concierge team as well (a black tie handyman service).
