East End Michelin Star Guide

Known to be the most culturally diverse city in the world, finally Toronto is recognized as a Michelin star worthy spot! What is a Michelin Star? A Michelin Star is awarded to restaurants offering outstanding cooking. They take into account five universal criteria: the quality of the ingredients, the harmony of flavours, the mastery of techniques, the personality of the chef as expressed through their cuisine and, just as importantly, consistency both across the entire menu and over time. Bib Gourmand awards are given to establishments that serve very good food at a moderate price. On that list and locally in the east end of Toronto (which we highly recommend trying out) are Ardo, Wynona & Maha’s amongst others. Check out their website for a full list of what our beloved city has to offer.
