Dana Fradkin is a certified personal trainer who also teaches Capoeira and kickboxing with extensive training in Kung Fu, acrobatics and dance. She’s trained clients for marathons, gymnastics and police and fireman training. She has taught fitness and dance with Fit Chicks Bootcamp, Felinity Gym, Travelling Stage, Arts Express and more. She works with both beginner and advanced clients and varies each workout to the client’s needs. She is also an actress, stunt performer and acrobat and has performed throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.
