About The Author

Amy O'Neill (O'Neill Flute Studio) Welcome to the O'Neill Flute Studio, a private flute and piano studio located in Leslieville. Here at the studio, we teach flute students of all levels, both for fun and to prepare for exams. We also teach rudimentary theory and supplementary piano lessons. Owner and teacher Amy O'Neill graduated from the Faculty of Music at the University of Western Ontario. She is an active freelance musician, playing flute, piccolo, clarinet, saxophone and Irish flute. Most often to be found working in pit orchestras for musical theatre productions, Amy also plays flute and piccolo in classical orchestras and chamber groups. With almost 20 years of experience as a private instructor, Amy was a lecturer in the University of Western Ontario's Don Wright Faculty of Music before relocating to Toronto. She now maintains a thriving private studio, teaching both classical and Irish music.
