The Carlaw was created by none other than Streetcar Developments, an award-winning firm known for its knack for designing residences that fit seamlessly into their neighbourhoods. Set within one of the more artsy areas of the city, the Carlaw’s architectural style mimics this sentiment with its innovative architectural style. What’s more, with this project Streetcar even managed to include 25,000 square feet of outdoor space in which neighbours may mingle.
The building also caters to creative types by sharing its address with the Crow’s Theatre. This venue, located on the ground floor of 345 Carlaw and 1190 Dundas, hosts unconventional, yet always entertaining, performances.
In total, the building spans 12 storeys and an impressive 311 units can be found inside. In addition to the soft lofts, residents have access to exercise facilities, a party room, a cinema, two guest suites, and a rooftop lounge with barbecues. Parking is also available for residents living in the larger units at, while visitor parking and a concierge are available to make guests feel comfortable as can be.
