The Taylor lofts is a Leslieville loft building currently in the presale phase of development. The developer on this condominium project is Streetcar. It is forecasted to be ready in 2016. We are big fans of this building, and have sold many suites to our clients.

The building will consist of roughly 100 suites and townhouses and will be connected to the Carlaw. This will offer direct access to the Crowe Theatre and multi use venue and the lobby bar/restaurant that is proposed.
