Cassandra is a friend of mine and neighbor who has created a private personal training studio right on Carlaw. From the first time you look at her you can tell this girl must really know what she is doing. She claims to be able to get individuals in to the best shape of their life and does this through an extremely large mixture of cross training techniques. My buddy Joel is currently working with Cassandra and claims that they have never done the same exercise twice!
