We’re excited to bring back Anjuli Solanki to lead this walk – she is a former Riverside BIA Executive Director, current Director of Community Programs at arts organization The STEPS Initiative, and a visual artist to boot!

The Secondary Plan, Planning Framework and implementing East Harbour by-laws comprehensively master plan the next generation of employment growth in the Unilever Precinct, integrally linked to provision of transit, flood protection and public realm infrastructure.
At its June meeting, City Council endorsed the Unilever Precinct Planning Framework, and recommended adoption of the Unilever Precinct Secondary Plan and East Harbour by-laws. At its July meeting, City Council enacted the Unilever Precinct Secondary Plan and the East Harbour by-laws.
Toronto’s Queen East area is a hotbed of development activity, with a trio of projects under construction currently, ranging from contextually-sensitive mid-rises to higher density master-planned blocks in the area between Logan Avenue and the Don Valley Parkway.
