Be ready to get into your body and turn things upside down, inside out. There are no pre-requisites, just come to stretch, get into the flow of your breath, maybe fall over, definitly get up again, sometimes laugh, sometimes sweat. Some moments might be flavoured with music and poetry, others just quiet, peace and stillness.
